We had Alan paint the exterior of our old Queenslanderas we are putting up the house for sale. The job involved a great deal of fretwork to the veranda bannister.  It was very finicky work however the end result is fantastic, it is amazing what a lick of paint can do to a property.  We have no doubt we are now in a better position to sell.  Alan was great to work with, nothing was too much trouble.
